The Archer Historical Society was established in 1977.
The Mission of the Organization is to preserve and protect those artifacts and structures distinctive to our heritage, for the purpose of allowing our future generations the privilege of enjoying those things upon which our nation, our state, and our community were founded. We look to provide the community with an Organization for young and old alike. With a common goal, we hope to encourage unity, friendship and understanding among the citizens of our community and support the effort to educate the community as to the history of Archer.
